	Funeral Benifits
	Adults & Children over 14 years: Funeral Benefit in terms of the UASA’s Contract + R3000 cash for the Principal Member + R1500 cash for the Spouse Children younger than 14 years: Funeral Benefit + R1000 cash.
	NOTE	The actual benefit costs UASA R3,055 per Adult and R1,415 per child under 14 years of age. Should you NOT use UASA’s preferred providers, this is the amount you will be reimbursed. (PLUS the cash benefit as stated above)
	Maternity Benifits
	Female members who have one year’s paid up membership are entitled to a cash payout of R1000 per confinement.
