Exemptions

Subject to the provisions of the Labour Relations Act, No. 66 of 1995, as amended, the Bargaining Council may grant exemption from any provision of this Agreement in the manner and to the extent set out in clause 33 of the Bargaining Council's Constitution, which is set out in “Annexure G” to the Main Collective Agreement for the sake of convenience. |
| 10.2 | Clause 30 of the Main Collective Agreement, with the exception of clause 30.2, and eliminating any reference to the independent body referred to in clause 30, applies to exemptions under this Agreement, with the changes required by context. |
