in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Relations Act, No. 66 of 1995, being the MAIN AGREEMENT entered into between the:

Employers’ Organisation for Hairdressing, Cosmetology & Beauty
(
hereinafter referred to as "the employers' organisation" or “EOHCB”)
and the:
United Association of South Africa
(
hereinafter referred to as "the trade union" or “UASA”)
being the parties to the:
Hairdressing and Cosmetology Services Bargaining Council
(semi national)
(
hereinafter referred to as "the council" or “HCSBC”)
in the:
Hairdressing and Cosmetology Services Industry
(
hereinafter referred to as "the industry")
to regulate the terms and conditions of employment in the Industry.
