Period of Operation of Agreement

2.	PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT
	This Agreement shall be binding on all parties in terms of section 31(a) of the Labour Relations Act, No. 66 of 1995, and shall come into operation for the parties on the same date fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32(2) of the said Act for the non-parties, and shall remain in force until 31 December 2010.
